Co. lead product candidate, ARD-101 (denatonium acetate monohydrate), is an oral gut-restricted small-molecule agonist of certain TAS2Rs for which Co. initiated a Phase 3 clinical trial for hyperphagia associated with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS).
