Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America. Co.'s business is organized into three operating segments: crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI), which provides cargo aircraft outsourcing services to customers on an ACMI and crew, maintenance and insurance, but not the aircraft basis; cargo and passenger charter services, which provides planeload cargo and passenger aircraft to customers; and dry leasing aircraft and engines, which provides aircraft and engines to customers.
