| Atlas Financial Holdings is a financial services holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. underwrites commercial automobile insurance in three primary areas: liability, which provides coverage where the insured is determined to be responsible and/or liable for an automobile accident, for the payment for injuries and property damage to third parties; accident benefits, which provide coverage for loss of income, medical and rehabilitation expenses for insured persons who are injured in an automobile accident; and physical damage, which provides for the payment of damages to an insured automobile arising from a collision with another object or from other risks such as fire or theft.
