| Armstrong Flooring is a producer of resilient flooring products for use primarily in the construction and renovation of commercial, residential and institutional buildings. Co. designs, manufactures, sources and sells flooring products primarily in North America and the Pacific Rim. Co.'s products include: Luxury vinyl tile, a flooring product category with variety of wood and stone designs; Vinyl composition tile, a flooring material composed of polyvinyl chloride chips formed into solid sheets and cut into modular shapes; and Vinyl sheet, a flooring product that comes in a roll that is cut to size.
