Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an independent energy company focused on the exploration, development, production and acquisition of unconventional oil and gas properties. Co. focuses on finding and developing oil and natural gas reserves in oil shale and tight gas sands. Co.'s properties are primarily located in the Permian Basin in West Texas.
