Co.'s PA product candidates contain a combination of a proton pump inhibitor and enteric coated aspirin in a single tablet. Co.'s product candidates include PA32540 for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in patients at risk for gastric ulcers, and PA8140, a low dose version of PA32540.
