Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates and manages the following segments: Independent Living, which includes communities consist of both independent and assisted living units in a single community and provides them with a range of senior independent and assisted living services to accommodate their changing needs; Assisted Living and Memory Care, which includes communities that provide housing and assistance with activities of daily living for its residents; and Continuing Care Retirement Communities, which includes communities that provides living arrangements and services to accommodate a range of physical ability and healthcare needs.
