Guggenheim BulletShares 2020 High Yield Corporate Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of a high yield corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2020 Index (the High Yield 2020 Index). The High Yield 2020 Index is a rules-based index comprised of high yield corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2020. As of May 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $72,227,236 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $69,287,312.
