Guggenheim BulletShares 2022 High Yield Corporate Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of high yield corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares® USD Corporate Bond 2022 Index (the "High Yield 2022 Index"). The 2022 High Yield Index is a rules-based index comprised of high yield corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2022. As of May 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $419,950,642 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $406,210,242.
