| CrossAmerica Partners is primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution of motor fuel and the ownership and leasing of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuel. Co. also focuses on the operation of Co. operated retail sites. Co. conducts its business through two operating segments: Wholesale, which includes the wholesale distribution of motor fuel to lessee dealers, independent dealers, commission agents, Dunne Manning Stores LLC and Co. operated retail sites; and Retail, which includes the retail sale of motor fuel at retail sites operated by commission agents and the sale of convenience merchandise items and the retail sale of motor fuel at Co.'s operated sites.
