Co. focuses on wealth management, the commercial banking business and private banking for clients, including residential lending and relationship banking. The Bank is engaged principally in the business of accepting deposits from the public and investing those deposits. The Bank invests those funds in various types of loans, including residential, commercial real estate, commercial, and consumer loans.
