Cincinnati is a holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cincinnati Federal, Co. is primarily engaged in providing a range of banking and financial services to individual and corporate customers. Co.'s business consists primarily of taking deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with borrowings and funds generated from operations, in one- to four-family residential real estate loans, nonresidential real estate and multi-family loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, and construction and land loans. Co. provides a variety of deposit accounts, including checking accounts, savings accounts and certificate of deposit accounts.
