| CenterPoint Energy, Inc. is an energy delivery company operating electric and natural gas facilities in several states, including Indiana, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Ohio, and Texas. The Electric segment includes Houston Electric and Indiana Electric businesses, while the Natural Gas segment handles intrastate sales, transportation, and distribution for various customers in the same states. They also offer permanent pipeline connections and home appliance maintenance and repair services in Minnesota, and home repair protection plans in Indiana, Mississippi, Ohio, and Texas through a third party.
