| CorePoint Lodging is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a real estate investment trust. Co. is an owner in the midscale and upper midscale select service hotel segment, all under the La Quinta brand. Co.'s portfolio, consists of hotels representing across various states in locations in or near employment centers, airports, and major travel thoroughfares.
