| CVR Refining is a downstream energy limited partnership with refining and related logistics assets that operates in the mid-continent region. Co. is a petroleum refiner that owns and operates crude oil refineries in Coffeyville, KS and Wynnewood, OK. Co. controls and operates supporting logistics assets including pipelines, crude oil transports, a network of crude oil gathering tank farms, and crude oil storage. Co.'s Coffeyville and Wynnewood refineries have access to inland domestic and Canadian crude oils, and its gathering system allows it to gather crude oil that is purchased from independent crude oil producers in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, Colorado and Texas.
