GrafTech International is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a manufacturer of graphite electrode products essential to the production of electric arc furnace steel and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Co.'s customers include steel producers and other ferrous and non-ferrous metal producers in Europe, Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries, the Middle East and Africa, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Co.'s only reportable segment, Industrial Materials, is comprised of its primary product categories: graphite electrodes and needle coke products.
