| ESSA Pharma is a clinical stage pharmaceutical company. Co. is focused on developing therapies for the treatment of prostate cancer in patients whose disease is progressing despite treatment with care therapies, including anti-androgen drugs such as abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, and darolutamide. Co.'s series of investigational compounds, including its product candidate EPI-7386, is used in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer through anti-hormone-based therapies. The compounds are designed to disrupt the androgen receptor (AR) signaling pathway and prevent AR activation through selective binding to the N-terminal domain of the AR.
