| Fiesta Restaurant Group is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns, operates and franchises the restaurant brand Pollo Tropical®. Co.'s Pollo Tropical restaurants feature fire-grilled and crispy citrus marinated chicken and other freshly prepared menu items. All but one of Co.'s restaurants provide the convenience of drive-thru windows. Co.'s restaurants operate in the fast-casual and quick-service restaurant segments and feature fresh-made cooking, drive-thru service and catering. Co.'s Pollo Tropical restaurants feature fresh chicken marinated in a proprietary blend of tropical fruit juices and spices, crispy or fire-grilled, boneless and bone-in.
