Guaranty Bancorp is a bank holding company. Through its bank subsidiary, Guaranty Bank and Trust Company (the Bank), Co. provides banking and other financial services including commercial and industrial, real estate, construction and consumer loans throughout its targeted Colorado markets to consumers and small to medium-sized businesses, including the owners and employees of those businesses. In addition to loans and depository services, the Bank also provides wealth management solutions, including trust and investment management services. As of Dec 31 2017, Co. had total assets of $3.70 billion and total deposits of $2.94 billion.
