| Galaxy Digital Holdings is a life sciences company focuses on developing and commercializing proprietary drugs to treat cancer. While Co. does not market any drugs, its lead drug candidate Neuradiab and supporting clinical data were obtained under license from Duke University Medical Center and processed under Food & Drug Administration ("FDA") guidelines entering a late stage multi-center clinical trial for the adjunctive treatment of brain cancer. Co. has not earned revenues from its drug candidates and is therefore considered to be in the development stage.
