Co. also manages, provides services to, or licenses its trademarks with respect to residential units that are often adjacent to a Hyatt-branded full-service hotel. Co. consults with third parties in the design and development of such mixed-use projects. Co. licenses certain of its trademarks with respect to vacation ownership units, which are part of Hyatt Residence Club. Additionally, Co. provides services and, in some cases, manages the rental programs and/or homeowner associations associated with condominium units.
