Co.'s lending market area is considered greater Maryland, southern Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and northern Virginia. Co. provides a variety of deposit and loan products in its market area. Co.'s real estate loans consist primarily of one-to- four family mortgage loans, as well as commercial real estate loans, and home equity loans and lines of credit. Co. also provides commercial term, leases and line of credit loans along with consumer loans consisting primarily of automobile loans, recreational vehicles and loans secured by deposits.
