Co. has five principal business: equipment rentals, which rents its construction equipment to its customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; used equipment sales, which sells used equipment mainly from its rental fleet, as well as inventoried equipment that it acquires through trade-ins from its customers and selective purchases of used equipment; new equipment sales, which sells new construction equipment, mainly in its earthmoving product category; parts sales, which provides parts to its own rental fleet and sells parts to customers for the equipment it sells; and support services, which provides maintenance and repair services.
