| Hydrogenics is engaged in designing, developing and manufacturing of hydrogen generation, energy storage and fuel cell products based on water electrolysis technology and proton exchange membrane technology. Co.'s products are sold worldwide to Original Equipment Manufacturers, systems integrators and end-users through a direct sales force and a network of distributors. Co. operates in two reportable segments being Onsite Generation, which develops products for industrial gas, hydrogen fueling and renewable energy storage markets; and Power Systems, which develops products for energy storage, motive power and stationary applications.
