iShares Core MSCI EAFE is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE Investable Market Index (the Index). The Index is designed to measure large-, mid- and small-capitalization equity market performance and includes stocks from Europe, Australasia and the Far East. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $6,473,853,826 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $6,457,932,376.
