iPass is a provider of mobile connectivity, providing Wi-Fi access on any mobile device. Co.'s three primary assets consist of: its Technology Platform, which is a cloud-based service manager that connects users and devices to its Wi-Fi footprint; its Back-end Infrastructure, which consists of integrated servers, cloud-based virtualized assets, and software that is interconnected with commercial networks; and its Wi-Fi Network.
