| PowerShares KBW Premium Yield Equity REIT Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the KBW Premium Yield Equity REIT Index. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of small- and mid-cap equity REITs in the United States that comprise the underlying index. It generally invests in all of the securities comprising the underlying index in proportion to their weightings in the underlying index. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $69,167,960 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $68,908,545.
