| nLight is a provider of high-power semiconductor and fiber lasers for industrial, microfabrication, and aerospace and defense applications. Co. designs, manufactures, and sells a range of high-power semiconductor lasers and fiber lasers that are typically integrated into laser systems or manufacturing tools built by its customers. Co. also makes fiber amplifiers and beam combination and control systems for use in high-energy laser systems in directed energy applications. Co. operates in two segments, consisting of the Laser Products segment and the Advanced Development segment, and three primary end markets.
