iShares MBS ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of investment-grade mortgagebacked pass-through securities issued and/ or guaranteed by U.S. government agencies, as represented by the Barclays U.S. MBS Index (the “Index”). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. Due to the use of representative sampling, the Fund may or may not hold all of the securities that are included in the Index. As of Feb 28 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $10,702,399,437 and $10,580,444,216, respectively.
