Through its subsidiary, Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB, Co.'s principal business consists of originating one-to-four family residential real estate mortgage loans, including home equity lines of credit, commercial and multifamily real estate, and construction loans. Co. also provides commercial business and other consumer loans. Co. provides a variety of retail deposits to the general public in the areas surrounding its main office and its branch offices. Co.'s deposits consist of savings accounts, money market deposit accounts, demand accounts and certificates of deposit.
