Co. operates in three segments: Branded Product Program, Product Licensing and Restaurant Operations. The Branded Product Program sells hot dogs directly to foodservice operators or through distributors. The Product Licensing segment earns royalties from licensing various branded products, including hot dogs, sausages, corned beef and frozen French fries, through grocery channels and club stores across U.S. The Restaurant Operations segment sells products at company-owned restaurants and collects fees and royalties from franchised restaurants, including virtual kitchens.
