| NextDecade is engaged in development activities related to the liquefaction and sale of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the capture and storage of CO2 emissions. Co. focuses on its development activities on the Rio Grande LNG terminal facility at the Port of Brownsville in southern Texas (the Terminal) a carbon capture and storage project at the Terminal and other carbon capture and storage projects with third-party industrial source facilities.
