Co. operates in one segment, to explore for, develop and hold interests in oil and natural gas properties and related production infrastructure in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. Co.'s portfolio of properties includes both unitized and non-unitized light oil, heavy oil and natural gas production. In general, the properties contain long-life, low-decline-rate reserves and include interests in several major oil and gas fields. The majority of Co.'s proved plus probable reserves are located in Alberta, Canada. Co.'s capital investments are focused on light-oil development.
