| Odyssey Marine Exploration discovers, validates and develops seafloor resources. Co. has mineral portfolio that includes projects controlled by Co. and other projects in which Co. is a minority owner and service provider. Co. provides mineral exploration, project development and marine services to clients (subsidiary companies, other companies and/or governments). Co. conducts deep-ocean projects including deep-ocean resource explorations, ship and airplane wreck explorations, archaeological recovery and conservation and insurance documentation. Co.'s subsea project portfolio contains several projects in various stages of development across different mineral resources.
