| PowerShares Fundamental Investment Grade Cororate Bond Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield of the RAFI?® Bonds US Investment Grade 1-10 Index. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of U.S. dollar-denominated bonds registered for sale in the United States whose issuers are public companies listed on a major U.S. stock exchange. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $33,931,599 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $33,553,924.
