| RGC Resources is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an energy services company primarily engaged in the sale and distribution of natural gas. Co.'s wholly owned subsidiaries include: Roanoke Gas Company (Roanoke Gas); RGC Midstream, LLC (Midstream); and Diversified Energy Company (Diversified Energy). Roanoke Gas is a natural gas utility, which distributes and sells natural gas to residential, commercial and industrial customers within its service areas in Roanoke, VA and the surrounding localities.
