Regional Management is a consumer finance company that provides installment loan products primarily to customers with limited access to consumer credit from banks, thrifts, credit card companies and other lenders. Most of Co.'s loan products are secured, and each is structured on a fixed-rate, fixed-term basis with fully amortizing equal monthly installment payments, repayable at any time without penalty. Co.'s main products are small and large installment loans. In addition, Co. provides its customers optional payment and collateral protection insurance, which includes credit life insurance, accident and health insurance, involuntary unemployment insurance, and personal property insurance.
