| Seabridge Gold owns various properties, some of which have gold resources, and its material property is its KSM Project. Co. holds a 100% interest in each of its properties other than a small portion of the Iskut Project, in which it owns a 95% interest. The Quartz Mountain project is subject to an option agreement under which the optionee may acquire a 100% interest in such project.
