| The iShares Treasury Floating Rate Bond ETF (the “Fund”) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. Treasury floating rate bonds, as represented by the Barclays U.S. Treasury Floating Rate Index (the “Index”). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Oct 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $15,024,903 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $15,020,293.
