| Direxion Daily 7-10 Year Treasury Bear 1X Shares is an open-end manament investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results of 100% of the inverse of the performance of the NYSE 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index. The fund creates short positions by investing at least 80% of its net assets in financial instruments that provide exposure to the index. It invests the remainder of its assets in short-term debt instruments that have terms-to-maturity of less than 397 days and exhibit high quality credit profiles, including U.S. government securities and repurchase agreements. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $1,708,120 and its total investments were valued at $312,632.
