United States Gasoline Fund is a commodity pool that issues limited partnership interests traded on the NYSE Arca, Inc. The net assets of Co. consist primarily of investments in futures contracts for gasoline, other types of gasoline, crude oil, diesel-heating oil, natural gas and other petroleum-based fuels that are traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange, ICE Futures or other United State and foreign exchanges (collectively, Futures Contracts) and, to a lesser extent, other gasoline-related investments such as cash-settled options on Futures Contracts, forward contracts for gasoline, cleared swap contracts and non-exchange traded over-the-counter transactions.
