Co.'s Products include: Personal Residential Products, in which policies Co. issues under its homeowners' program provide structure, content and liability coverage for single-family homeowners, renters and condominium unit owners; Commercial Residential Products, which primarily provides commercial multi-peril property insurance for residential condominium associations and apartments in Florida; and Not-At-Risk Offerings, which provides flood policies in various states in which it writes business.
