| Velocity Financial is a vertically integrated real estate finance company. Co. originates and manages investor loans secured by one-to-four unit residential rental and commercial properties. Co. originates loans nationwide across its network of independent mortgage brokers. Co.'s primary products are a 30-year amortizing term loan with a three-year fixed-rate period which floats at a spread to the prime rate thereafter subject to a floor equal to the starting fixed rate, and a 30-year fixed-rate amortizing term loan. Co. also originates short-term, interest-only loans to be used for acquiring, repositioning or improving the quality of one-to-four unit residential investment properties.
