VOC Energy Trust is a statutory trust formed among VOC Brazos Energy Partners, L.P. (VOC Brazos), a Texas limited partnership, as trustor, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, and Wilmington Trust Company, as Delaware Trustee . Co. acquires and holds a term net profits interest for the benefit of Co.'s unitholders. Co. is entitled to receive 80% of the net proceeds from the sale and production of substantially all of the interests in oil and natural gas properties in the states of Kansas and Texas held by VOC Brazos.
