| Vroom is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an ecommerce used automotive retailer. Co. has three reportable segments: Ecommerce, which represents retail sales of used vehicles through its ecommerce platform; Wholesale, which represents sales of used vehicles through wholesale channels; and Texas Direct Auto (TDA), which represents retail sales of used vehicles from TDA.
