| Bristow Group Inc. is a provider of vertical flight solutions. Co. primarily provides aviation services to a broad base of offshore energy companies and government entities. Its aviation services include personnel transportation, search and rescue (SAR), medevac, fixed-wing transportation, unmanned systems, and ad-hoc helicopter services. The global aviation service includes four regions: Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific. Co. owns and operates three classes of helicopters, such as heavy helicopters, medium helicopters, and light helicopters.
