Wins Finance Holdings is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a financing solution provider with operations located primarily in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province and Beijing, China. Co.'s subsidiary, Wins Finance Group Limited, principally operates in the following business lines: Financial Guarantees, which facilitates small and medium enterprises' (SMEs') financing opportunities by acting as a guarantor to secure credit facilities from lending banks and other financial institutions; Financial Leasing, which provides direct equipment leasing or purchase-lease-back services to SMEs; and Financial Advisory Services, which provides financial advisory services to its clients.
