| XL Fleet is a provider of fleet electrification solutions for commercial vehicles in North America, providing its systems for vehicle electrification (its Power Drive business) and through its energy efficiency and infrastructure solutions business, including charging stations to enable customers to plug in their electrified vehicles (its XL Grid business).
