iShares MSCI ACWI is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the MSCI All Country World Index (the Index). The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure the combined equity market performance of developed and emerging markets countries. Components primarily include consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financial, industrials and information technology companies. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $6,640,425,801 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $6,620,217,123.
