Market Vectors Intermediate Municipal Index ETF is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Barclays AMT-Free Intermediate Continuous Municipal Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in fixed income securities that comprise the Intermediate Index. The Intermediate Index is comprised of publicly traded municipal bonds that cover the U.S. dollar denominated intermediate term tax-exempt bond market. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $747,975,080 and its investment portfolio was valued at $736,588,598.
